What Is “Travel and Chatter’s” Personal Travel Planning Service?
With over 40 years of travel experience, we’ve visited more than 20 countries and over 50% of US states. We’ve traveled the globe extensively. You’ll see our experience reflected in the itinerary we provide you. We’ve traveled as a couple, with friends, with children, and alongside the older generation. We use this knowledge to craft the ideal trip for you. You want your honeymoon to stand out because it sets the stage for future travels. While traveling with kids can challenge you, we offer tips and tricks to ease the process. We also advise traveling with friends, especially if it’s your first trip with them. Your travel preferences and budget may shift as you age, and we ensure our services meet those evolving needs.
You’re Involvement In The Personal Travel Planning Service
After signing up, you will receive a questionnaire for completion. During a follow-up Zoom call; you will provide feedback on what elements are crucial for you on vacation. You will receive your personalized plan back for review. It will be your responsibility to make your own bookings for flights, hotel accommodations, and excursions. All contact information will be provided for you.
What’s included in the service?
- A questionnaire – for completion by the client. This allows us to get to know you better and understand your goal for the trip.
- Guidelines to make a final decision on “where to go.”
- After completing the questionnaire, a 30-minute Zoom call will be scheduled to answer additional questions we have for you, or you have for us. We want to make sure you get the vacation of your dreams.
- A suggested travel itinerary for your trip.
- Helpful tips and tricks to make this the vacation of your dreams.
- Dining recommendations.
- Suggested travel periods, based on your requirements. If you already committed to a date, you can keep this in mind for future travel.
- Contact information to make bookings for flights, accommodation, and special excursions.

How much will this travel planning service be?
Base Price
A seven-day planning package will be $250, and will include: towns to visit, suggested activities based on your travel goals, information about places to stay based on your planned budget as well as information about how to get around.
Travel planning for a trip longer than 7 days
A fee of $50 per day will be added to the base fee.
